Areas of practice

Our commercial and corporate practice deals with a wide range of matters for small and medium business. Recent work includes advising on shareholder and corporate management issues; drafting contracts for the sale of businesses as well as mergers and acquisitions; onboarding CEOs and senior employees with sophisticated rewards systems.

Our litigation practice includes a wide range of disputes. Most recently we have been assisting clients in relation to disputes between business owners and partners, repudiation of contract disputes for high value contracts as well as disputes between developers and builders.

We are experienced in a wide range of intellectual property matters and help businesses with their branding and enforcement of their brands. We also assist with product development and protection in relation to designs and inventions.

We have conducted a number of matters involving restructuring of companies including assisting companies to re-start trading and continue business. We also assist individuals to help avoid bankruptcy or if made bankrupt help to defend or reverse the bankruptcy.

For individual clients we assist with all matters including personal asset protection, wills and probate, defences to criminal prosecutions for certain matters as well as assisting with private wrongs such as defamation, trespass and nuisance.
